What we collect
We collect account profile details, workspace details, uploaded invoice and receipt files, extracted document fields, usage records, audit events, and QuickBooks connection metadata needed to provide the service.
How we use data
We use customer data to authenticate users, process documents, detect duplicates, support review workflows, sync approved transactions to QuickBooks Online, provide support, monitor usage, and maintain security.
QuickBooks data
QuickBooks data is used only for the functional purpose of the app: reading accounting references, creating approved Bills or Expenses, and attaching source documents when requested by the customer.
Security
Access is organization-scoped. Session cookies are HTTPOnly and Secure in production. QuickBooks OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. Signed download URLs are short lived.
Sharing
We do not sell customer data. We do not provide third parties with access to customer QuickBooks data except infrastructure providers used to operate the service under appropriate controls.
Retention
Customers may remove documents and disconnect QuickBooks from within the app. Operational logs and audit records may be retained for security, compliance, and support.
