Service
ScannerPilot provides invoice and receipt intake, extraction, review, duplicate detection, and QuickBooks Online sync tools for business users.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining authorized access to their workspace and for all activity under their accounts.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of uploaded documents, extracted data, and QuickBooks data. Customers grant us permission to process that data only to provide and secure the service.
QuickBooks connection
Customers control whether to connect or disconnect a QuickBooks Online company. Disconnecting revokes app access and stops future QuickBooks API calls for that connection.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use the service to upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or violate third-party rights.
Availability
We aim to operate the service reliably, but uptime and support commitments depend on the customer's active plan and written agreement.
